Course SOP — Enrollment, Access, Support & Certification

Clear steps so every student knows what happens from enrollment to certification.
Step 1

Enrollment & Payment

Sign up, make payment and reserve your seat

How to enroll:

  • Click Enroll Now, fill the registration form and complete payment.
  • We accept UPI, Netbanking, Cards, or direct transfer — choose your preferred option on checkout.
  • Seats are confirmed in the order payments are received. Discounted seats (first 50) are reserved automatically.
Step 2

Payment Confirmation & Invoice

WhatsApp / Email confirmation within 24 hours

After payment, you will receive:

  • Payment receipt and invoice by email.
  • Welcome email with course access instructions and schedule.
Step 3

Course Account & Materials Access

Access within 24 hours of confirmation

What you will receive:

  • Login credentials or access link to the course portal (Odoo eLearning / private page).
  • All video lessons, PDFs, templates, and worksheets available in the portal.
  • Downloadable resource pack: templates, checklists & sample agreements.
Step 4

Schedule & Live Q&A Sessions

Timings, recordings, and attendance

Live session details:

  • Live Q&A sessions will be scheduled and announced on the portal and via email/WhatsApp.
  • Recordings of all live sessions will be available within 24 hours for those who missed the live session.
  • Attendance is optional but recommended for certificate eligibility (see certification rules).

Assignments & Practical Assessments

Hands-on tasks to apply learning

Assessment workflow:

  • Practical assignments and case studies are given during the course.
  • Submit assignments through the portal by the given deadline.
  • Trainers will review and provide feedback within 7–10 business days.

Certificate Eligibility & Issuance

How to qualify for the digital certificate

Certificate rules:

  • Complete all core modules or view 80% of video content.
  • Submit at least one assignment and attend one live Q&A (or view its recording).
  • Once criteria are met, the digital certificate will be issued within 7 business days.
Step 8

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear refund windows & conditions

Refund policy (summary):

  • Full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase and before access is granted.
  • No refund after 7 days from access if course materials have been downloaded or more than 20% of content viewed.
  • To request a refund, email SUPPORT_EMAIL with your payment details and reason.

Updates & Lifetime Access

How updates are handled

Content updates:

  • All enrolled students receive lifetime access to new lessons or updates added to SRAM Siksha.
  • Major course revisions will be announced via email and portal notification.

Minimum technical specs:

  • Modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari).
  • Stable internet connection (4 Mbps recommended for HD video).
  • Mobile and desktop friendly — use headphones for live sessions when possible.

Escalation Matrix

If your issue is not resolved

If your query is not resolved within 48 hours:

  • Step 1: Message the course support at SUPPORT_EMAIL or WhatsApp SUPPORT_PHONE.
  • Step 2: If unresolved in 48 hours, escalate to the course manager at manager@realtyshiksha.com.
  • Step 3: For payment disputes, share transaction details and we will resolve within 7 business days.
